Control over the implementation of defined obligations regarding the use of hate speech is now within the framework of the self-regulatory mechanism. The current regulation does not contradict the European directive and it is fully possible to protect the interests of individuals so as not to restrict freedom of expression. However, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of the existing mechanism.
